However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies for each one.
When you sign up for Project 24, we’re confident that you’re going to find that membership is worth so much more than the cost of entry. That’s why we have a 100% money-back guarantee. So if within 7 days of registering you find that Project 24 isn’t a good fit for you, just contact us in the community by tagging @Carissa, by emailing us at [email protected], or by submitting a support ticket. We’ll process a full refund.
We may ask for feedback about your experience so we can make Project 24 better, but your refund is not contingent on you answering any questions.
This same policy applies to all stand-alone courses. If you find that it’s not what you wanted then you have 7 days to let us know and we’ll process your refund right away.
When you sign up for Project 24, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active Project 24 members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences. Please respect us and our members by not sharing Project 24 methods or experiences that members shared in the community with people outside of Project 24. Doing so is a serious violation of trust.
No partial refunds are given should you cancel a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to Project 24 until the end of your payment term.
We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for a Project 24 member that we can’t solve with a little communication. Here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of Project 24.
If you’re having trouble with building your site or channel, or you’re struggling to implement something taught in Project 24, start by posting about it in the Project 24 community. Ricky, Nathan, Carissa, Anna, and Julia are all active participants as are many other Project 24 members and we’re all very eager to help you succeed!
If there’s something you think is unclear or inadequately covered in the Project 24 course materials or tools, send a private message or tag @AnnaWhite in the Project 24 community.
For any other question, such as billing, access to Project 24 resources, or subscribing to the podcast, send a private message to @Carissa in the Project 24 community, or reach out to her using the support email address provided to Project 24 members.
The Project 24 return policy applies to new signups as well a renewals. However, if a members forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.
