At Income School LLC, we really strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.
However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies for each one.
Project 24 Refund Policy
When you sign up for Project 24, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active Project 24 members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.
Because of the nature of the Product, we can’t provide refunds for Project 24.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to Project 24 until the end of your payment term.
Protecting You as a Member
In the early days of Project 24, we did often give refunds when a member wasn’t fully satisfied.
However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing Project 24, downloading the tools, watching the content, and even scouring the community for sensitive information shared by other Project 24 members, only to request a refund.
Because members of Project 24 gain the most value when they are open about their projects in the community, we just can’t allow that kind of behavior to happen. This policy protects Project 24 members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.
So we’ve gone above and beyond to make it really clear exactly how Project 24 works and what’s in it so you won’t have any bad surprises (only really good ones) when you sign up. And if you still have questions, feel free to reach out to us with your Project 24 questions here.
What to Do if You’re in Project 24 and Aren’t Satisfied
We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for a Project 24 member that we can’t solve with a little communication. Here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of Project 24.
If you’re having trouble with building your site or channel, or you’re struggling to implement something taught in Project 24, start by posting about it in the Project 24 community. Jim, Ricky, Nathan, and Carissa are all active participants as are many other Project 24 members and we’re all very eager to help you succeed!
If there’s something you think is unclear or inadequately covered in the Project 24 course materials or tools, send a private message or tag @njaydelotte in the Project 24 community.
For any other question, such as billing, access to Project 24 resources, or subscribing to the podcast, send a private message to @incomeschool-carissa in the Project 24 community, or reach out to her using the support email address provided to Project 24 members.
Exception to this Policy
The Project 24 return policy applies to new signups as well a renewals. However, if a members forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.

We understand that in order to really know if a WordPress theme is going to work for your site, you have to try it. That’s why for Acabado, we have a 30-day no questions asked refund policy.
When you purchase Acabado, you gain access to several tutorials, frequently asked support questions, and contact options for reporting bugs, reporting billing and account issues, and requesting a refund.
